QuEP uses questionnaires to assess an organization according to QuEP principles and their associated QuEP practices, and a set of questions have been defined to assess the degree of compliance with each QuEP practice. Additionally, QuEP provides guidelines to improve the emergency plan management, i.e. to improve the implementation of the practices. Different techniques have been defined to help the organization improve its practices and, as a consequence, to increase their maturity level.
